  • Statistics

    The minor in statistics complements and enhances a wide variety of undergraduate majors by providing valuable training in data analysis and statistical modeling and inference.

    About this Minor

    Overview

    This minor requires a minimum of five STA courses.

    • The sequence STA 4210 and STA 4211, and at least three approved electives.
    • No more than three transfer credits may be applied to the minor.
    • Students must complete a minimum of six credits of coursework exclusive to the minor that cannot count toward the major(s) or other minors.
