  • Environmental Horticulture Minor

    Hours: 15 credits

    Environmental horticulture minor helps students who seek employment opportunities associated with plant science, landscape and nursery horticulture. The minor allows students to focus on a specialization area or to sample courses from other areas of environmental horticulture. Degree-seeking students at off-campus locations can also complete this minor.

    Specific courses for the minor must be approved in writing by the academic adviser and the undergraduate coordinator at least one semester before graduation.

    PLS 3223 and 3223L Plant Propagation and Laboratory 3

    Approved Electives

    PLS 4242C Micropropagation of Horticultural Crops (4) or
    Any ORH course offered at a UF campus to complete 15 minimum credits
